Normal material:INLET VALVE IS SUH1(40Cr) ; EXHAUST VALVE IS SUH3(4Cr9Si2).

Best material:INLET VALVE IS SUH3(4Cr9Si2) ; EXHAUST VALVE IS SUH35(21-4N).

3.Production equipments:

We have advanced production equipment,such as: Profile Grinder, Resistant Welder, PTA Welder, Friction Welder, Chrome Plating line, Salt Bath Nitriding, Electrical Upsetting Machine, Mesh belt furnace for Heat Treatment, Profile Induction Harding Machine.
